Thank you for purchasing IPwave products, you will enjoy the following services when using IPwave products.

1. Warranty commitment

Instructions:

The warranty is limited to the product host. Power cord, various connecting cables and other accessories are not covered by the warranty, if these accessories are faulty within 7 days after purchase, they can be replaced free of charge.

If the product has performance problems within 15 days of purchase, and the appearance is not scratched, you can directly replace the new product at the place of purchase

If the product has a performance problem during the warranty period, please contact IPwave first. After testing: If it is confirmed that the product is faulty, you can contact the purchase office to replace the same model or repair the good product with the same performance as the product for free; If the product is confirmed to be trouble-free, it will be returned as is. If the product shell has obvious scratches, it can only be repaired free of charge.

The warranty period of external power supply and wireless external antenna is three months. If the power supply has obvious hard damage, cracks, broken feet, serious deformation, power cord damage, broken line, bare core and other phenomena are not free replacement, users can buy separately.

For products under IPwave warranty, the warranty period is still based on the original product.


2. The following conditions are not covered by the warranty

Beyond the warranty period.

The sealing mark is damaged, altered without permission or has no sealing mark.

The customer has disassembled or repaired it without permission.

Artificially damaged, damaged and deformed.

Failure is caused by installation and use in abnormal environments such as high temperature, high pressure, and humidity.

Damage caused by lightning, flood, earthquake or other natural disasters.

Instructions:

Where not within the scope of warranty products, our company can provide paid maintenance services. After paid maintenance of the product, the same performance problem will enjoy a free warranty period of three months from the date of repair.

Three, maintenance methods

Before you send your product for repair, please call the IPwave technical support hotline to confirm the fault.

IPwave products implement national protection. If the product you purchased has a hardware failure covered by the warranty, when you cannot contact the distributor, you can obtain the warranty service with the purchase invoice of the product to the IPwave after-sales service center;

If the purchase invoice cannot be provided, the start date of warranty shall be extended by two months according to the factory date.

Iv. Others

The above service commitment only applies to our products sold in China. If the after-sales service terms are separately agreed upon at the time of sale, the contract confirmed by IPwave shall prevail.

The production date is shown in the product serial number: the ninth to eleventh digits of the serial number represent the year and week of the production date, for example 701 represents the first week of year 17.
